once the debates being all the talk will be Biden's mental decline. The man can't get through a written statement without dramatic errors and pauses...there's no way he will get through a debate without making a complete ass of himself. He's rarely been seen in public over L3 months and his appearances have led to dozing off (twice), yelling at an autoworker, and telling blacks they ain't black if they don't vote for him. That comes on the heels of the primary where he forgot how many grandkids he has, called his wife his sister, and didn't remember what office he was running for.
The only way Biden is worth a bet at -160 is if you're guaranteed that he won't have to perform these 3-4 scheduled live debates.
